1.New truck maintenance. Clean lubricating system, change lubricants tighten the cylinder cover nut, check and adjust transmission belt, control device, valve clearance and fastenings’condition, etc.

2.Daily maintenance. Check and clean the concrete agitator after the operation every day, when the lubricants and cooling water are found to be insufficient, add again.

3.Scheduled maintenance, also named technical maintenance, it means, have a regular check according to the specification.

4.Storage maintenance. Maintenance contents mainly are clean, flush, lubricate and protect, which aim to prevent or reduce that bad conditions will affect the concrete transit mixer and ensure the truck is in good working condition.

5.Season maintenance. Clean out the fuel oil system and lubrication system; readjust the electrolyte density of the storage battery and adjust the voltage limit of generator; clean the cooling system; change antifreezing solution and check whether the thermostat can work normally.

In a word, when you use the concrete mixer trailer, you should be in strict accordance with the guide and technician. Once you operate it carefully, it will have a long long lifespan.
